Steve brings over 40 years of experience in the concrete industry, including 27 years specializing in post-tension reinforcement systems. He’s a customer service-focused professional with a strong technical background in the concrete and post-tension industry.

David brings over 21 years of expertise in post-tension systems, covering every phase of the process—from estimating and detailing to project management, operations, and team leadership. His commitment goes beyond delivering quality work; he prioritizes being available when customers need him most and proactively resolves challenges at any stage of a project. With a proven track record of reliability and problem-solving, David ensures that every client experience is smooth, efficient, and successful.

With more than 50 years in the post-tensioning industry, I’ve built expertise across multi-strand systems, bridge installations, manufacturing, operations, and R&D. As a former PTI M-10 Chair (2017–2024) and active member of CRT-20 and DC-26, I’m committed to advancing industry standards and best practices.
